The wait is ridiculous. Three hours for a 15 minute visit. I watched people come in after me and get seen before me. I was told “everyone is here for different reasons.” While that may true, a lot of people were there for the same reason I was, and still got seen before me. I don’t recommend any concentra’s. That was the second one I went to that day and still had a 3 hour wait. Unless paid for by your employer, go elsewhere
Once I was called into the back to start my testing, the employee was super nice, friendly, and communicative. Great experience from entering to leaving. Thank you!
Got there right when they opened at 8 am for a basic pre employment drug screening. There was nobody else in the whole place. The girls were all chatting behind the desk until about 8:25 when i finally got called back. I could understand if they were doing work but they were all sitting there just talking about the weather and the traffic they experienced. I needed to get to work for 8:30 and because of this i was very late. I work in the medical field and patients need to come first. Chatting can wait.
