I had my trial session today and was blown away by the experience. My coach Steve took the time to explain everything clearly, was incredibly attentive, patient, and encouraging throughout. He made me feel comfortable while still challenging me to push myself. I left feeling motivated and confident, and I’ll definitely be signing up for the unlimited membership to work on my goals. Highly recommend!
I’ve been really enjoying being back at CrossFit Ignite with Coach Steve and Coach Sandra! The programming is always challenging but scalable, and the energy in the room is positive and encouraging. I’m feeling stronger each week and so glad to be back in the groove. Highly recommend!
Kiley knows how to motivate you to your absolute limit without pushing you beyond what you should be doing. It’s like she has a crystal ball and knows when you need a little encouragement and when you’re giving it everything you’ve got.
I don’t think a movement exists that she’s not familiar with. As a true fitness enthusiast, she can demonstrate and explain the subtle points of each movement because she does them. I’ve gained a lot of cues and hints in her classes. Always glad to join a class when Kiley is coaching.
I have tried various workouts and gyms including personal coaches, boot camp, Pilates, spinning, and yoga. Nothing really stuck for me until CrossFit Ignite. As a woman over 50, I wanted to learn how to strength train but felt intimidated by the idea of weightlifting in the gym. Crossfit Ignite workouts combine strength training and metabolic conditioning. CrossFit Ignite coaches are very knowledgeable and supportive. You get the best combination of having the expertise and support of an experienced personal trainer / coach while gaining the technical knowledge and skills to learn how to weight lift independently and the benefits of working out with a community. The workouts are varied, fun, and challenging. Athletes can tailor the workout to their level of fitness. The CrossFit community is diverse and super encouraging which helps you get through the tough workouts while having fun.
Sandra is an exceptional coach with great technical knowledge and knows how to work with people who need modifications/changes to movements. Can't recommend get sessions enough! Ignite is a great gym with incredible coaches!
