Our master bathroom shower was leaking and had to be completely redone. A big priority was ensuring that the new shower would be very well waterproofed and easy to maintain. Miro was great at going into technical detail about exactly how they would do that, and he was transparent in talking through different options and tradeoffs. CHI was one of the very few companies I talked to who were very experienced with installing large format tile and even willing to do it in the first place. Communication was great throughout the entire process, and his team was hardworking, thorough, punctual, and did an incredible job. The end result is beautiful!

We hired Miro for a small job we needed complete (an improperly placed dryer vent). He was very thorough, honest, and knowledgeable about what wanted to get done. He was able to fit us in very quickly, and we are very happy with the completed product. The two employees that came were punctual, professional, and efficient with their work. Miro came to do a final inspection and make sure I was satisfied with the end result. I would recommend Custom Home Improvement by Russo, and am looking forward to working with them for another project again very soon!
