These people are truly the most honest I’ve met in New Jersey. They are straight up great people. They care and whatever Dave, his gorgeous wife & daughter say, you can count on it. There are few people you can trust- these are those individuals. Everyone there cares. They keep their word and take care of you. I wish they did everything from Health Care to Travel. I trust them!
Hands down this was the best experience I’ve ever had in my life at a mechanics shop. Every single staff member was knowledgeable and extremely helpful. I did not leave that shop without being explained everything about my vehicle. As a woman, I feared taking my vehicle to a mechanic I did not know, however after taking my car here, I can highly recommend this place to everybody in need of a mechanic.
I felt that I needed new brakes for my PU truck.. Called them; brought truck to them so they could look at them. They determined it needed new brakes; so we waited for them to call us with a date to drop truck off.. When it was time, we dropped off the truck and it got fixed right away!! They are the only place we bring our vehicles to be fixed. NO BS-- they got the truck and it was done when they said it would be! Honest, reliable AND trust worthy!! YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED
I like Dave. He is a no bull straight to the point guy. Always going above and beyond checking things you wouldn't expect. No matter what you need fixing he is always keeping his eyes open for any possible future issues you might have with your vehicle. He let's you know so you can prepare yourself for what could possibly go wrong next. Family owned and operated. Even the ladies that run the office know their stuff pretty well. Very busy shop so expect to wait a couple days for big repairs but worth the wait because Dave gets it done right the 1st time. I have never had to go back for a repair He has done. I have been going to this repair shop a few years and have found that Dave and Deena are honest, knowledgeable, courteous, and put their customers first. They don't try to sell you unnecessary repairs and are genuinely concerned about the safety of your car. They have gone out of the way to accommodate me more than once, from scheduling to providing transportation. They consistently provide high quality service!
