Marty went above and beyond helping us to get apartment! He guided us through the whole process answered all our questions and was so accommodating. Marty made it a very pleasant experience
Great assistance from Marty and Janet on each visit and filling out applications etc. Very welcoming and patient with our many questions. Looking forward to moving to Meadows at Montgomery.
Martin made sure that our leasing experience was a positive one. He showed us several available apartments and was quite knowledgeable about the construction and other details of each unit. He was very attentive and answered all of our questions. The leasing staff we have met have all been very pleasant and professional, helping us to feel welcome in our new home.
Horrible issues with water pressure and hot water and management are doing nothing about it going on 2 years+.
Salting of parking lot and entrances minimal. Lots of black ice. Several residents have fallen and gotten hurt. Pavers by front entrances are always slippery. Needs to be powerwashed.
Otherwise, it's a very nice community, and staff assigned to the complex are great. It's not the staffs fault that proper resources are not allocated to safety.
Marty and his team are fantastic. Very patient and understanding. They helped and worked with us and we are so thankful! It’s been a week that we’ve moved in. Nice amenities and common areas. People are friendly and no issues with the apartment thus far. Overall, we’re happy to be here.
