Working with Tom was a fantastic experience from start to finish! His professionalism and dedication were evident in every step of the process. Unlike other Realtors will accommodate what clients want to listen, Tom is very honest and thinks for the long term and my best interests; he never rushed decisions but patiently explained each option, giving honest recommendations based on what was best for me. This is my 2nd time working with Tom. I worked with him to purchase a home in 2017 and this year to purchase/sell a home for 2024. Tom has been excellent for all 3 transactions. I strongly recommend him for house hunting or selling.

Purchasing a home:
1. Understanding and prioritizing my family needs for the type of home we are looking for, neighborhood, future down the line, and realistic price points for my budget
2. Quick responsiveness to text/email/phone when being advised of a home listing or to any questions in general
3. Assisting with a strategy for offers based on what a seller might accept.
4. Very knowledgeable about the towns and street neighborhoods I was looking at.
5. Helped to convince sellers to reduce closing time from 90 to 45 days based on our family's needs.

Selling a home:
1. Really great with telling me what to prepare the home for and what points to ignore that won't contribute to the overall sale of a home
2. Proactively let me know what documents would be needed way ahead of closing so that I could work on them ahead of time
3. Clearly experienced when receiving offers on exploring which ones are serious versus which ones do not look like they would result in a successful transaction. Presented offers to me in a very easy to understand manner.
4. Helped to have photos taken and to have a great open house
5. Knowledgeable about other real estate agents in the area as to know who would be seriously consider making offers on our home.

Tom stands out because if his deep historical knowledge of the area, his ability to articulate home defects and their impact to our budget, and his overall professionalism. We were impressed with his many credentials in real estate and are so happy we gave him a try.

In the Spring of 2021 we sold our home in Pennsylvania with the intention of purchasing a new one in New Jersey. Over the summer of 2021 Tom had the patience to show us every home that interested us and stuck with us in the height of the pandemic real estate boom as we made offers on several homes but were beat out by other buyers. He even helped us search for rental properties so that we could move into our desired school district and get our children enrolled in before the start of the school year.

Finally, in the Fall of 2021 we landed an offer and Tom helped us negotiate in a really tough seller’s market. At last, we are settling into our new home and we are so grateful Tom helped us reach our goal of becoming home owners once again.

Tom (and Courtney) is a hands down phenomenal realtor. When searching for homes, he constantly made himself available any time we needed to see a house, and always arrived prepared and early. When we were ready to place a bid, he was not only quick, but also used great strategies to put us in a marketable position. Once we accepted an offer, he helped us from the inspection through the closing. Simultaneously, Tom sold our townhouse in a very short period of time. Throughout this entire process, Tom was respectful, professional, and provided advice because he cared about the well being of me and my family.
