If you are looking for a great realtor, look no further; Tom is your guy. We lived in our house for 44 years, and moving was both exciting and painful. Leaving was made easier with Tom by our side. During the first visit he made suggestions on how to make our home more sellable He took photographs and videos for posting on line. He helped set the house up for Open House and other showings. Thanks to his help, we got an acceptable offer within a couple of days. He continued to guide us through every step of the process until closing. Afterwards, knowing how much the home we sold meant to us, he gifted us with an album that contained photos of the home we sold. We received a call from one of our old neighbors saying that she received a very nice letter from Tom as well. Moving is never easy, but having an agent like Tom on your side is priceless.
