D'CARBON BAR & GRILL

This Peruvian restaurant is cozy and serves great food. Staff is friendly and they provide great and fast service. It has small dining area and nice bar.

I just happened to see this place and figured I'd try it out. I didn't get anything special just the fries and hotdogs, the hot sauce was great.
this will be a very short review because I didn't dine in. I was in a rush and didn't see the menu or the place as a whole. I'm sure that it was like a sports bar kind of place.
The parking is very small in front of the place. I don't know if they have a lot in the back, or side street.
The food was hot, and that's a plus.
The employees were super nice and polite.
I do plan on returning someday. I will do a proper review then. If you are in the area, give them a try. I'm sure you won't be disappointed.

Fair warning: they may not speak English. They didn't speak any to us. They also added the tip to your bill. So do be mindful to not tip twice.
We ordered the steak and chicken chaufa. The steak was MASSIVE. Like would feed 2, maybe 3 easily. Salad as a side. It had an amazing vinaigrette. Best part of the our dinner. Steak was a bit tough and fatty. And although it looked very juicy, it did not have a great flavor. When I tried a bite, it tasted the way a sweaty armpit smelled...
2nd best part was the chicken in the chaufa. It had a nice crunch without being overly cooked. And perfectly seasoned. The rice was very plain. And a bit disappointing. I guess Lena y Carbon has ruined us for other Peruvian places.

Atmosphere excellent...Food delicious. Although i have an onion allergy and told them but still found a little piece of an onion. As soon as I told them, they immediately corrected the issue.

Great Food, great ambiance, great portions and amazing service . Vanessa and Daphy were very attentive and nice, they gave us an excellent experience. I highly recommend the passion fruit sangria. Will definitely be back .
