This is the first time we used Deal Construction, and we are extremely happy with the results.
When soliciting estimates from various Contractors, we had specific requirements for what we wanted to do. We then met Ilya from Deal, I gave him the same tasks as the others. He listened carefully, and pointed out some issues, and suggested better ways to improve on what we were looking to do. As we reviewed the estimates, my wife and kept thinking of Ilya’s vision and knew we needed chose Deal Construction to build the walkway and retaining wall. We signed up, then given an expected start date for the work to begin.
Ilya kept us informed as we waited for our project to start. At one point apologizing for weather delays pushing us back a few days.
When the start date arrived, the team arrived on time, introduced themselves and started the work. They were very polite, and professional, cleaning up after the days work was completed.
The results were even better than my wife and I envisioned. We were blown away by the way the walkway and wall came out.

Deal Construction renovated our driveway and stairs and we couldn't be happier with the outcome. Sam and Bekim came over initially and gave us the quote to replace retaining walls and driveway. Later we added stairs as well since they were going to look like eye sore. They are hardworking, honest and very professional. The work speaks for itself. I have already recommend them to a few friends who are thinking about getting massonary work done and if we ever have to get roofing done, we will be calling them.
