This practice is very impressive. Starting with the friendly front desk staff to the caring Dental Assistant and all the way to the thoughtful patient and very skilled Dentist. This is the quintessential medical practice. I’m a physician and I’m very impressed.
Nothing is scarier than an emergency dental visit for a painful cavity and hearing you probably need a root canal—but Dr. DiCarlo and his staff turned what could have been a stressful experience into a truly positive one.
From the very beginning, his staff went above and beyond to accommodate me, making sure I could be seen the same day. They were warm, reassuring, and attentive to every detail. Once in the chair, Dr. DiCarlo immediately put me at ease. He took his time, explained every step of the process, and ensured I experienced very minimal discomfort.
What could have been an overwhelming diagnosis turned into a fantastic outcome because of his skill, professionalism, and compassion. My only regret is not coming to Dr. DiCarlo sooner! Highly recommend him and his amazing team to anyone in need of dental care. Thank you DHC!
My visits are always a pleasant experience. From the front desk to the hygienist, an exam from Dr. deCarlo as well as checking out with Patty is seamless. The entire staff makes you feel welcome and comfortable. So much attention was given to me.
It was my back molar vs popcorn kernel…crack! Amazingly, I was able to get an appointment the same day! Dr. Santini and the entire team were incredible. They made me feel comfortable right away. All options were made available and I chose to have a crown made. Thanks to the state of the art technology, I was able to leave that afternoon with a crown in place! Yay! Thank you so so much.
Dr. Santini was amazing. She took all the necessary time to explain the X-rays and photo’s of my broken front teeth from my accident.She explained my various options. She was able to bond the two damaged teeth and they look like new. Absolutely pain free session and her compassion and skills were amazing.
