It's great to see a company take pride in their craft. Every bit of this business is a pleasure to deal with. The owner is incredibly nice, knowledgeable and understanding. The gentlemen in the shop aren't hacking together vehicles, but repairing them the right way. The women running the office are fantastic to deal with. They bend over backwards to make the entire process as easy as possible. You're truly treated like family. These women deserve an award.
The bottom line, it's a great local company, doing high quality work!
3 days in stead of 14!! Chris and the Final Phase Team flawlessly repaired my Mercedes in just 3 days, as they promised. Other shops told me I would be without my car for 2 weeks, and I explained that to Chris. He said, 'I will have your car done in 3 business days', so it was worth a shot. As promised, Final Phase delivered. Car looks as good as new. 5-stars!
Final phase did an incredible job fixing my 2024 Tacoma. From getting picked up in a rental car, to communication about lead time for parts. Paint and fitment were top notch. Great great job! They made the whole process seamless and easy. Would definitely recommend to anyone needing any body work done.

They showed so much professionalism and care during the process of repairing my vehicle. I am so thankful that I was able to have communication back-and-forth updating me throughout the process.
