Simply the Best! Sent my sister for her first appointment and she left the office dancing! I knew she was pleased with Dr. Dorfner! He was so thorough with her and had the old skol bedside manner that she was seeking.

The office can be quite busy at times, the front staff is nice. Dr. Davis is really a GEM! She listens to what I am feeling/thinking/my concerns. She takes her time with me-which is hard to come by! Very pleasant/kind and genuine. I really appreciate her bedside manner. I feel comfortable with her, I feel supported and also feel like a priority. Highly recommend her!

I was able to get an appointment quickly through the Jefferson portal -- I was concerned after finding a cyst incidentally during a heart echo, and, after pushing my concerns, Dr. Rozenberg was able to order testing efficiently. However, trying to get ahold of anyone at the practice is a nightmare. After my ultrasound, another doctor provided the results and was not particularly clear, so I thought I had kidney problems and a possibly malignant tumor that I needed an MRI to get more information on. The next day I called the office repeatedly to get clarification -- I left 3 messages and called probably 8 times. I finally messaged them through the portal and asked them to please call me, and Dr. Rozenberg questioned why I was even calling since my lesion is benign. It felt like a major inconvenience. Thankfully, my old PCP moved back to the area and I was able to return to that practice. Grateful for the speediness, but overall I wouldn't return.
