I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Hayward and the entire staff, start to finish. I was greeted quickly by the front desk and taken back almost immediately. The nurse I saw was sweet and had wonderful bedside manner (I can have white coat syndrome and immediately felt at ease). I then saw Dr. Hayward who asked a lot of questions, trying to get an thorough understanding of my history and current symptoms. During my f/u appt, she remembered me and all that we spoke about. Has wonderful bedside manner and even followed up on bloodwork results via phone after work hours. I also hate getting blood work and the woman that managed the procedure was wonderful. Highly recommend.
Dr Hayward is a caring physician who takes the time when needed to listen to your health issues. While there is sometimes a wait to see her, she's worth it. I have been seeing her for over ten years. Cannot say enough great things about her.
She takes her time to understand areas of concern and is thorough and reassuring in addressing them. She explains things well and is kind and attentive. My wait time has always been reasonable and I feel like my healthcare is in great hands every time I visit Dr. Hayward.
Dr. Hayward treats me with respect and values my input. She doesn't just diagnose, she actually wants her patients to feel like they are part of treatment and to allow them to consider their options and decide (with her expertise, of course) the best course of action. She listens very well, and I never need to wait very long to see her.
I also love that they can do most blood work right in the office. The people there are so much more gentle than Labcorp (well, most of them lol).
