Dr. McDonough and his team provide a truly spectacular experience. You might think that description is over the top when describing orthodontic care but it is really the word that best captures how they make you feel along with the results that are produced.

Dr. McDonough does an excellent job of explaining how the process will work from the very beginning. His team sits down and explains the financing along with the different options available to you.

Every time I walked into the office I was greeted by smiling faces of people who clearly enjoyed their jobs. Ellen, Sudi and Chris made it a wonderfully welcoming experience. They also worked with me patiently whenever I needed to adjust my appointments due to a chaotic schedule.

In the orthodontist’s chair, Melissa, Kim and Tracy always made sure I was comfortable. Whether we were taking x-rays or photos, preparing molds or a whole host of other activities that were part of this elaborate process, they always made it seamless and pleasant. Similar to the front of house staff, their great personalities made it such that you never felt like you were in a hurry to go anywhere. That is certainly high praise from someone sitting in the orthodontist’s chair.

Not only did Dr. McDonough assemble a fantastic staff, but he made sure that their efforts did not go to waste as he delivered A+ results when it came down to achieving the most favorable outcome that one could hope for.

I was treated by Dr. McDonough and his staff for two years. My two daughters were also treated with him as well. So there was no question in my mind as to who I wanted to treat me. The staff is warm, friendly and professional. Dr. McDonough is always thorough, spends the time needed, warm and just plain awesome. Thank you for making my smile beautiful again.

Dr. McDonough treated me a few years ago and did an amazing job! My mouth was too small for my teeth and I even had an oddly shaped tooth that he was able to literally spin 90 degrees over a period of time to create more room for my teeth to grow in to. He went above and beyond to save the tooth and save my smile! I could not be happier with everything this doctor and his office has provided! Highly recommended!

Dr. McDonough is an excellent orthodontist. I was referred to him by a periodontist for braces I needed for non-cosmetic reasons, and then used him when my son needed braces. Dr. McDonough is extremely knowledgeable, personable and painless. He explained everything to me before we started the process, and as we went along, he explained why we were doing things a certain way and what results he was looking for. His office staff is really nice and very helpful, there is never a wait (really!), and his office is very modern. As a dentist's daughter, I have pretty high standards, and he has exceeded them!

Dr. Mark McDonough was recommended by a couple of dentists that I know. Many people we know in the area go to him. I have been very pleased by the work he has done to straighten my teeth and my daughter's teeth.

Dr. McDonough is very pleasant. Everyone who works in the office is very friendly and helpful. I actually enjoy going to office unlike most other medical offices.
