I can't thank Dr. V enough for her incredible skill and care! She performed emergency surgery on me 20 years ago, and I was fortunate to have her repair a hernia recently. Both experiences were handled with utmost professionalism and compassion. Dr. V truly goes above and beyond for her patients. I highly recommend her to anyone in need of a talented surgeon & and excellent person.

Post op 14 years and 6 months, I went in at a weight of almost 300lb. I have kept on doing what I was prescribed and recommended and I’m still going strong at 165lb.

Dr. Stefanie Vaimakis and her staff are wonderful. I was extremely nervous about having bariatric surgery. However, after meeting Dr. Vaimakis my mind was put to ease. She took time to explain the procedure and answered all my questions. Her staff is outstanding too. Especially Beth, the surgical coordinator. She has the patience of Job. When I experienced problems with pre-admission tests, she was able to get me the help I needed. Having Dr. Vaimakis do my gastric sleeve surgery was one of the best decisions I made. There are many doctors who offer this surgical specialty and I feel that I found one of the best. Kudos to Dr. Vaimakis and her team.
