Caring, Understanding, Knowledgeable and Compassionate Doctor who takes time to listen to his patients concerns and explains the why, what, when ect… and the how to fix. Highly recommend. Staff is also very thorough and responsive.
Dr. Polimini is patient, friendly, listens, but he didn’t do anything or provide me with any information. A technician did my EKG, did the regular blood pressure check and all that, but the doctor himself did nothing so not sure what was the point of him coming in after the technician did her assessments. I could have just gone home after that.
Also, the main receptionist, Joanne, isn’t a great part of the office. She lacks professionalism when answering calls, often answering the phone by just saying hello instead of the name of the business, so you end up thinking you’ve dialed the wrong number, she communicates with an unfriendly tone and in a juvenile manner. For example, with the attitude in her tone, she’ll say “oh I can’t get you in for that day, the doctor is slammed.” Umm, what? What professional speaks like that to clients/patients? Unacceptable language, like she’s talking to a coworker or like she’s 16 years old. She definitely needs office communication 101 training especially being the first person people speak with when they contact the office. Big turnoff
Doctor Polimeni is incredible! Not only has he taken great care of my son who has High Functioning Autism. He is a rare doctor that combines such personal touch for his patient. The staff also is always a pleasure!!!
Dr Polimini and his staff are the best! The doctor will give you as much time as you need during your visit and explains everything in terms that are very clear. You will never be rushed as he does care about his patients.
