One of the best doctors I've seen she listens and cares the girls in the office are all amazing I absolutely love having her as my doctor and her staff
I'm a new patient at the office , I was newly diagnosed with diabetes after a stay in the hospital. After I got out of the hospital I find out the doctors who was treating me doesn't accept my insurance at their private practice. I had only 2 days left of my prescription when I called Doctor Sahni office they were able to fit me in that day in under an hour and I was able to get a new script for my diabetes medicine. For that alone I'll give Her office an A++++. Her and Michelle are easy to communicate with and very caring.
I would highly recommend this office. The staff is outstanding. Michelle who has been with Dr. Sahni for years runs the office, and is as about as nice as they get. She genuinely cares. Dr. Sahni is a great Doctor who is very personable and is also very concerned for my well being. Its convenient to go to her, I like that I can get my blood work done right in office. My experiences through the many years I have gone here are all very good. I like them a lot and they care for me and my health.
Here is a small private practice by Dr. Sushma Sahni an internist, right in the heart of downtown Spotswood. The office is right near the intersection of Main and Devoe Ave. Dr. Sahni has been here for many years and has always been open for new patience and her staff is very helpful and curteous. She has a gentle and thurough approach to treating her patience. Highly recommended. Call ahead for appointment.
I love Dr. Sahni. I have been her patient for over three years. Although Dr. Sahni is not the most conveniently located to my house, and at times you have to wait an hour to see her, I think she is worth it. She is a sole physician, so when you have your appointment, I recommend having everything ready to discuss with her, including refill requests, tests you would like ordered, or any other things you need to discuss with her; this will help maximize the appointment and make it more time-efficient. You sometimes get the vibe she is pressed for time, but she will not push you out.
Dr. Sahni is your quintessential primary care physician. She is a competent diagnostician. She has nailed all of my initial medical diagnoses; I trust her. She has a professional demeanor. She doesn't sugar-coat things, and she is open to discussion. What I like most is that she does the blood work in her office, and she has a qualified phlebotomist on-site.
There are a few other things to bear in mind when visiting Dr. Sahni. She follows best-practices and insurance guidelines to a tee. In other words, she will not just throw medication at you. She ensures you are receiving appropriate care for your condition. Dr. Sahni is not a big fan of refills, either. In addition, the waiting area is small and tight. The office can be frenetic at times. The hours are not flexible, and the office is closed for patients on Monday. Dr. Sahni prefers to see her patients on a regular basis, which insurers also try to promote.
If you have a time-sensitive and packed schedule, then please be mindful that you have to factor an extra hour or so into your schedule for waiting. The time of your appointment is really more of a place holder than it is a true appointment time.
I like the support staff at Spotswood Medical Associates. Michelle is one of the most competent office managers I have every met. She is very kind, intelligent, and a magician at multi-tasking. She is an interesting young lady to speak with and she is warm and engaging. The medical techs are very competent.
All-in-all, I will keep Dr. Sahni as my primary care physician. I am loyal and I stick with what works for me. Like most physicians, the practice is either a fit for you or not. For me, it is a good fit and I appreciate the time allotted to me for medical treatment.
