Dr Platofsky is an outstanding Dr. Thorough, caring with great bedside manor. Staff and Surgi Center experience (both times) is/are great. Thank you.

I love Dr. Platovsky! She is extremely caring, thorough, and knowledgeable. She explains everything in great detail and always takes her time.

The office staff is excellent the ones at the counter the ones that are in the back of the office staff the ones that supposedly return phone calls and call in prescription refills suck. They don’t call to help you set up appointments. It was so bad my wife had to go in person to set up her appointment and she was told by the front end staff they don’t understand why because there’s five people back there returning phone calls. None did four messages were left.
As far as the prescriptions, they never called them in you wait weeks sometimes and your pharmacist has to call or you have to try to get them to fill it by either calling or going there. It’s really pathetic.
I can’t say enough good about Dr. Plotovsky. She is aces I like her. She’s very professional as great bedside manner, but I just wish that she would get some better behind the scenes staffing.

The doctor is kind, knowledgeable and easy to talk to. She performed my colonoscopy and is handing my Crohn's disease in an effective manner. The office however, is almost IMPOSSIBLE to deal with. No one answers the phone or returns calls and paperwork that is needed by pharmacies or insurance companies seems to languish in their office for days and weeks before being addressed. It is frustrating to the point I am going to look for a different doctor!

The administrative & support staff were very friendly & knowledgeable. I was promptly greeted & didn’t have to wait. Dr Platovsky took the time needed to address all my questions & concerns. She was very thorough & attentive to my needs. We discussed my medical history & the approaches which will taken to address them. Great first visit.
