Aronson Scott L MD

Dr Aronson has been my gastroenterologist for quite a few years, I have been exceptionally pleased with his service, demeanor and results 100%. However, I had a situation last week where I needed his attention or at the very least suggestion or guidance, called the office 4 times and had no opportunity to speak to a human, got bounced to 3-4 different voicemails, I finally called back and left voicemails for 2 people explaining my situation, and it was a bit of an emergency. NO CALLS BACK. The next day I called again TWICE and left voicemails, no calls back. FInally on the next day, now my emergency had subsided a bit, but I still needed to at least speak to Dr Aronson, which I believe had not been getting my message, so I called again, once more bounced around to different voicemails, I was in the area so I went to his office. Upon getting there I explained to the woman at the front desk that I was having an issue and it required I speak to Dr Aronson for his opinion and direction, This was April 11th, she proceeds to tell me he doesnt have an opening until July 23rd? When I asked if I could only speak to him or someone who could direct me, and her answer was no. A this point i figured someone was having a bad week, since her phone rang 2-3 times while i was there and she never even bothered to pick it up. Explains all my previous calls. Will I still use and recommend Dr Aronson? I believe so, but he needs to do something about his front office people, they are driving away patients, no doubt.

From the moment I met Dr. Aronson I knew I was in the right hands !!! He is exceptional !He was so very thorough , compassionate and humble ! His entire staff and facility were excellent !! Thank you the nurses who took care of me on 8/21/24, Alex, Holly & Mary !! They went above & beyond for me .. so attentive & caring !! Thank you all !!🥰

You would be hard pressed to find a doctor with a better bedside manner than Dr. Aronson. He is kind, patient and understanding. He explains things in detail so that you understand. From my first visit with him I knew he was the type of doctor that was right for me being that I have anxiety around health related things, and he certainly puts you at ease. I had a recent stay in the hospital for an intestinal infection and he was reachable by ER doctors to determine the right course of care and showed up next morning in my hospital room to discuss future care and best of all, discharge from the hospital. I cannot say enough good things in all honesty and feel I am in the best of care. I will continue all my future GI care with Dr. Aronson.

Dr. Aronson has been my doctor for 3 years. His bedside manner was caring and he took time to listen. He explained everything for the procedure and his nurse and assistant were kind and professional. Front desk and procedure coordinator were great. I referred several friends to this excellent doctor.

I could not recommend Dr. Aronson and this office enough. He is an excellent physician and a real nice guy. After some evolving issues, my primary care physician recommended a GI consult. I chose Dr. Aronson based on location and the good reviews. He has a great step-wise approach to treatment and is thorough with all explanations. I have had several labs,diagnostic tests, and procedures done. Everything was clearly explained and scheduling for procedures was a breeze. Everybody in the office is really nice and they are on top of things when it comes to appointments. When the results of my workup ruled out a gastrointestinal cause, he had a good recommendation for the specialist needed for my situation. Thanks again for everything!
