Bruce arrived promptly and presented us with a range of repair options. He was extremely professional and cleaned up nicely after the work was done. Before he left, he changed a copper tubing on the fridge with a flex tube. It saved me the trouble of having to call an emergency service. Bruce gets five stars.

Ruepert is the plumber I found when I Googled for one. I called them as they were highly-rated. Joe answered my call and set up an appt. He is so professional. He kept in constant communication..made a courteous call, arrived as he had said. Only performed the necessary work. Prices were reasonable. I will call them again if I need to hire a plumber.

We had a drain pipe from the kitchen sink which needed replaced in the basement. I called on a Friday night, and Pat came on Saturday morning! He made quick work out of the repair, and even improved it by adding additional fall to the pipe. It was clear he knew what he was doing. Then he offered me guidance on caring for our aging water heater and a few other maintenance items. Plus, the price was incredibly fair based on my previous experience with other plumbers. I will 100% call them for all my plumbing needs in the future.
