**EDIT** a one-year warrantee service, which was nice, found the Softener settings were wrong, and were corrected. I increased my number of stars from 1 to 3 because they are being transparent and correcting issues.
Still, I am leaving my original review below. They are being attentive to my issues, which shows they do care about their customers. Still, I had a bad start with them.

I had a horrible experience with these guys; we had a nice conversation to quote an installation and talked about what we wanted.
The install tech came out the next week and was never told what was discussed, in addition argued with me and even said he was recording what he told me, but really was not and the install took a lot more time the originally estimated (I get it not all things go as planned) but 8 hours was a lot and I had to give them tools to finish the job as their drills would not make it through the cabinet and sub floor.
After everything was completed, I had to call them back the next day because our RO fell off the wall they mounted it too. After those things seemed to work fine.
Roll forward 6m and I was given a follow-up call for salt delivery and sure what could go wrong with that, was given the typical window when they would be there. but never showed up, some reason they schedule me after an installation which they did not know when would be completed but then told me no that is not really the issue but still he might be there within the next half hour.
I had it with these guys, no more chances.
The service provided was quick and done well. Things were explained and Robert was pleasant and professional. Thank you for servicing our water softening system. It was a pleasant experience. 👍🏼
I have been using A1 service for over an year. They installed my drinking water and water softener system and did a fabulous job. Are reasonably priced and offer great suggestions and choices for you to make an informed decision.
Working with A1 was a pleasure. The estimate given was 100% accurate. We were very impressed with the level of customer service provided by Joann. Her attention to detail, and prompt replies to our questions made the whole process pleasant. We even had the oppurtunity to speak to the owner whilst he was on vacation. These ppl really care for their clients. I highly recommend A1!
