EG Auto Center

I took my 2009 Jeep to EG Auto Center on the Friday before Christmas and indicated I had a problem with the steering (and I needed an oil change and a headlight). It turned out the rear suspension and much of the under carriage was corroded to a degree where driving it anymore was unsafe. Joe gave me a detailed breakdown of the problem, took photos and video to show the problem and a good estimate and delivered it back in tip top shape probably 4-5 days earlier than expected. Joe also provided daily updates as to the progress. A mechanic even worked on it on his own time. Joe did everything he could to cut the bill. I highly recommend EG Auto Center.

Joe is the person to go to! He was honest, knowledgeable, straightforward, and very accommodating with scheduling. I went in for a tire leak and was in and out quickly. No pushy sales tactics at all — definitely the place to go. Keep up the great work!

Had a very pleasant experience at EG Auto Center a few days ago. I am the type of guy who is meticulous about maintaining my vehicles, and typically drive them for 10 to 15 years, including my last 3 vehicles. I have no desire to work on my own vehicles, so the challenge has been to find a shop that is consistently competent and where ownership has integrity. The owner, Joe and his team did an outstanding job of installing a new front suspension on my truck, and two things that really impressed me were: 1). Unlike a lot of shops, Joe gave me the impression that he was REALLY listening to my concerns. He looks you in the eye and you know that your vehicle is in great hands, and 2). He seems like the type of guy who underpromises, and overdelivers. For example, he advised me that my suspension job would take approximately 2 or 3 days. I dropped my truck off at 8am, and imagine my surprise, when he left me a voicemail the very same evening that I'd dropped my vehicle off, informing me that it was ready.

The icing on the cake, is that EG Auto is located directly across the street (Route 130 in Dayton) from an Enterprise Rent-A-Car.

I am hoping that EG Auto is my long-term auto care home. A well-earned sincere, "Thank you!" to Joe and his team, and a very happy and healthy holiday season to them all as well.

Last week I had an awesome experience at EG Auto Center. Everyone there is super polite, professional, and respectful. Out of all the places I’ve taken my car, this is the first time I felt like I wasn’t getting scammed. They found the issue with my car, explained everything clearly, and gave me a report of what needed fixing. Honest, helpful, and straight to the point, I really appreciate that. Now I finally feel comfortable taking my car somewhere. Huge thanks to Joe and the team, my car is running like new! Highly recommend this place.
