The experience was wonderful! Various levels of pressure applied to assist with increase range of motion. The hot stones and heated foot work so great! I left truly decompressed.

I’ve been to Balance 4 times since discovering them earlier this year. Everytime for a 90 minute massage. I keep going back because the service is exceptional and you can’t beat the prices. One of the best massages I’ve ever had and far better than most I’ve had at highly rated spas.
I had such a wonderful experience at balanced bodywork, and spa. From the moment I walked in the atmosphere was calming and welcoming. The Massage was relaxing and effective . I left feeling refreshed , lighter and completely at ease. I will definitely be coming back and highly recommend this place.
Just got a couples massage and OMG.. Best massage we’ve had in years!! They hit all the right spots, the pressure was perfect and they didn’t make us feel rushed like most places. The place was very clean and their prices are very reasonable. We will definitely be returning regularly!
