Joe and the Elite Concepts staff were professional, punctual and highly creative. As a female home owner it was important for me to trust that a contractor would not attempt to trick me or play games with my time or money. I asked a ton of questions and Joe was extremely patient and explained the steps of my home renovation thoroughly.
