Dr Fahimi successfully operated on on my knee and provided other services for my wife and me. He is also an extremely personable Dr who makes us feel comfortable.
I made an appointment early in the week for Friday. I rearranged my schedule to accommodate the time. I got three emails and one phone call to confirm the date and time. Three hours before my appointment I get a call that I needed to come in one hour early because the doctor was catching a flight. I called the office 20 minutes later because they were having an issue with my insurance and the new receptionist told me I mown had to come in two hours early. I am a new patient and I have to wonder how good the care would be if the front office staff doesn’t know when the doctor is in or out and depending on who you talk to they have conflicting information.
As has always been for many years of care and treatment, Dr. Fahimi is a concerned professional. He takes his time on every visit, listening and responding to what the issue is. Conservative treatment, excellent results and advice on how to manage my arthritic knees manages my pain. Beyond his care, the office staff are all kind and efficient. I can't say enough about the overall quality of everyone in this practice.
I have been a patient of Dr Fahimi since 2010. He was the only Dr. that knew and felt comfortable repairing my hip labrum. Even the highly recommended Drs in Hackensack told me they weren’t experienced with it. I would never go to anyone other than him, even for referrals for other concerns. My husband and all family are patients of Dr Fahimi as well. His staff is amazing. They are extremely knowledgeable, know you by name, go out of their way for customer service. A+ outstanding staff, I’ve never seen any better. Dr Fahimi shoots straight, gives you his honest opinion and that is priceless. Erin Grasso
