I recently had surgery with doctor Richard Braver, and I can’t express how thankful I am that God put a doctor like him in my path. Due to doctor Braver’s experience he was able to identify my nerve related problems in my right leg. After almost two years going to the best doctors even Cornell hospital without any answers. He may me feel confident that he was going to help me with my problem because he did so many of this surgery with great success. I had two nerve entrapments due to getting hurt at physical therapy. I was receiving physical therapy for minor pain as a result of twisting my ankle, and I got hurt due to doing the wrong exercise when my ankle was not ready. After this it was hard for me to trust any doctor because my pain had me in agony all the time. I was not able to sleep well, exercise or do the activities that I like to do. My husband had to drive me everywhere because I was afraid of driving because it may the pain worst. Nerve related injuries are the worse, you feel so many different symptoms and is very scary because there is not a lot that you can do to feel better. The majority of the doctors don’t have the proper training to treat or do this kind of surgery. Dr. Braver takes the time to diagnose you well, he listens to your concerns. He has so much experience due to that he does so many surgeries for athletes. I had surgery july 7th and my recovery is going great. I will write another review with even more details as soon as I am out of this phase because I know my experience can help other people. Do yourself a favor and go to see Dr. Braver because there is no doctor like him in this field. Check his videos on YouTube. Not even the HSS or Colombia Presbyterian hospital have a doctor with his experience to do this kind of surgery because I also considered going to NY do my surgery, but I was not happy with the doctors that were suggested.

Dr.Braver is the best. Just recommended him to a friend. Had brutal foot pain making it hard to walk. Dr.Braver's treatment plan started improvement in a short while 3-4 weeks. When I returned to follow up, he asked my pain level, which went from an 8 to a 3. He responded that he won't be satisfied till it's a 0! Happy to say he accomplished that! Great staff, highly recommend!

Dr. Braver is an accomplished foot surgeon with at least two decades of experience. I had a painful bone spur that I suffered with for nearly 2 years, and it was not going away. Dr. Braver and his team were able to perform an amazing corrective surgery on my heel with no pain. The recovery plan was explained with good information that helped me prepare for and understand this necessary process. This was the hardest part, but Dr. Braver and his staff helped me gauge my expectations and get me completely through it all. Thank you! It is nice to be able to walk without pain!

Dr. Braver is an excellent foot and ankle specialist, one who is willing to listen and diagnose accordingly, with in-house x-ray capability and a nearby surgical center. Also, the office is friendly, well-run, and easy to make appointments. I have been a patient of Dr. Braver's for over 10-years, I highly recommend his practice.
