Dr. Abbate and his team whether it be the assistants or the front desk team are very helpful and kind. I have been coming to the practice since 2022 via a recommendation, and Dr. Abbate has helped me out not only through treatment, but information so I am more educated about skin conditions which is I am unsure about so I know what to do going forward. Skin health is important which is overlooked by many, but it needs to be checked to prevent issues including serious ones.
Office is great, very friendly, quiet, accommodating, clean, and quick. My big complaint is their call system, calls take over an average about 10 minutes to go through only to be spoken to rudely and be given wrong information. And be told he'll message someone to call me and that I'd have to wait over 1 month for being 15 mins late due to traffic. Went to the office physically and was not given any issues and was told that the appointment would not be affected since they had a slot within the hour. Other small interactions with their call center were similar with short, unhelpful calls after waiting a long time.
