I drove from Toronto Canada to take my kid to University. Just as we were leave to return home my car died. It was a Saturday and I was desperate as the drive back is about 9-10 hours (with stops). CAA and AAA were of no help and the best they could do was tow me to the closest place that I could find open on a weekend.
Luis was a GOD sent for me that day. I literally had a meltdown in his office. Within less than 2 hours, he called me to say that he fixed the issue and my vehicle was running fine again. He even drove it back to the hotel (where me and my other kids were camped out as we had already checked out).
Luis was very professional and understanding. His prices are also very reasonable. As female that was alone, I was concerned about being overcharged, however, I asked around and consulted my family back home and everyone agreed that the fee was more than fair.
I truly cannot say enough good things about the service that I received. They are honest and reliable and will do what it takes to make sure that you receive the top quality service.

This review is long overdue. First and foremost my experience alone including customer service is 100 out of 10. I had the best experience ever dealing with this shop in terms of communication and letting me know exactly what’s wrong with my car and what would be the best way to fix it. My car was in a bad accident and wouldn’t start. I took it to a mechanic who basically left it outside in the rain with no windows at the time and called me back a week later to tell me to junk the car, it’s not worth fixing. I contacted Engine & Trans Masters as a last resort, spoke to Luis and he told me to bring it over after sending him pictures. He checked the engine to reassure me that it was not in fact locked like the other mechanic said and that they will be able to fix it. They immediately started working on my car that same night I towed it there, and by the next day I received pictures of my engine taken out with updates. Not only did they rebuild my engine/ got my car started but they also got in touch with a window company who went to their shop to fix my windows and also got quotes for me from auto body shops to do the body work. And the icing on the cake was Luis himself driving my car to my house since I had no way of picking up the car!!!! The team at Engine & Trans Masters are truly experts at their craft, they are very trustworthy, they care about their customers and I would recommend them without hesitation! Had to get my 2008 Chevy Suburban 5.3L engine replaced. I did have a slight issue with the time it took to get job started, but that was ONLY because they had a massive job on the lift already which obviously was nobody's fault . But when job got started, it was all down hill. Engine was replaced and my 2008 Suburban runs like a gem. They know their stuff!!!!!! I would highly recommend these guys any day!!!
