Wayne Subaru Service excels in customer service! Everyone is friendly, polite, professional and extremely helpful in getting you the service needed for your vehicle.
Where do I begin!? My journey started at another Subaru dealership one month ago. I was given loaner cars for a total of 3 weeks at which time was told ‘we can’t figure out what is wrong’ (on a brand new car making a noise)
In addition to the noise, my brakes weren’t quite right for a new car. Asked to check that out as well. I was told it was fixed and it will just ‘sound like that a few hundred miles and stop’
So fed up, I picked up my car and called Wayne Subaru. Side note: Previously bought and serviced prior cars from there but no longer commuted there (hence my local dealer)
Wayne Subaru not only fixed my car in TWO days but dealt with my manic personality of praying it could be fixed.

I had an outstanding experience with Wayne Subaru, thanks to Jerry and Brian. After struggling with issues on my 2022 BRZ at multiple dealerships, they were the ones who truly got my car sorted out. Their prompt response and attention to detail were second to none. They even went above and beyond by helping me with out-of-warranty items, working with Subaru to ensure repairs would be covered under Subaru and good-will repairs.
