Solidly built older buildings. Leaving after 3 years only to move out of state. GREAT community and staff. Steve, Property Manager, ALWAYS kind and accommodating. A true pleasure. Nice place to live.
I am moving from Maryland to New Jersey for work and saw a unit at Englewood Village was available. I made an appointment through the virtual assistant and Steve gave me a tour that Saturday morning. The unit in question was occupied by tenants at the time but he showed me a vacant one, and later facilitated a virtual FaceTime tour with the tenants of the occupied unit since I had to head back to Maryland. Overall he's extremely responsive and helpful, and he made the entire process extremely easy. I ended up moving somewhere closer to my job for an easier commute, but I will definitely choose Englewood Village if I'm going to be working in that area.
My husband and I have lived in Englewood Village apartment for 1.5 years. We would stay longer if we didn't have to move out of the state. Steven Gorman was always available and on top of any issues so even if there was any problem, we didn't have any concerns about it. We appreciate his support from the day one that we moved in this property.
Great place to live. Been here 5 years, and I'm pretty happy. The on site manager, Steve, is one of the good guys. Always helping out and running the place really well!
Buildings are old, but charming. Walls are thin, but they are updating apartments with full modern amenities where they can. The property is kept clean and it's a quiet and safe area.
It's a great location. About 8 minute walk to the shops and restaurants, and it's about a four minute drive from the palisades parkway and a three minute drive off route 4. Public transportation to the city is also right out front.
My family and I have lived here for nearly 5 years and I can't say enough great things about this complex, the management, the maintenance team and the property owners! The grounds are clean and always kept up, service requests are honored on time and efficiently. The property manager, Steve, is the absolute best; he is friendly, caring, professional & attentive. The neighborhood is quiet and it helps that public transportation to the city is right in front.
