Dr. Kahne has been the most helpful for me in navigating my ADHD and many other things. I’ve been seeing her for well over 2 years and it truly has been life changing. She’s helped my relationship with my parents go from something I didn’t want to talk about, to the most loving and happy relationship they i get to brag about daily. I truly cannot recommend her enough!

We are so grateful for the Kahane Center and the incredible support their whole team provides for our family. The POWERS Parent Group classes have truly helped my husband and me better understand our son, and we’ve seen such a positive difference at home. Our son also attended the POWERS Kids Group Camp this summer and learned so much! We love that we now have a deeper understanding of how to support him. Thank you to the entire team for making such an impact on our family!

I first met Dr. Kahane in 2021, when we sought guidance for our little boy, who was just two years old at the time. Shortly after, we joined her Powers (Family Support) Groups, where parents come together weekly to share, learn, and grow. We loved the experience so much that we continued participating in several sessions over the years.

As a Clinical Social Worker and psychotherapist myself, I have met countless psychologists, clinicians, and mental health professionals throughout my training and career. Yet, I have rarely—if ever—met someone like her. My husband and I often call her the “kids whisperer.” Beyond her education and deep experience, she is truly gifted. When you sit on her couch, you feel seen in a way that is rare and remarkable.

If you haven’t booked a session with her yet, don’t hesitate. You don’t need ten visits to notice a difference—after just one meeting, you’ll walk away with fresh tools, new insights, and practical skills you can use right away.

We have been at the center for a few weeks and every single practitioner has been compassionate, kind and empathetic. They have a wonderful way of understanding kids, educating parents and giving families a safe space to grow.

Navigating our son’s autism and ADHD diagnosis at age 5 was overwhelming. While we focused so much on how to support him, we didn’t initially consider what we needed as parents. The POWERS program, led by Dr. Kahane, was truly eye-opening—it gave us practical tools and deep insights into how we could best support our son while also understanding our role in the process.

We also pursued a neuropsych evaluation through the Kahane Center with Dr. Goldfischer, who was incredibly thoughtful and thorough. He took the time to truly understand our son and even joined one of his IEP meetings. Having his voice and expertise in the room helped us understand how to better advocate for our son’s needs—and for the first time, we felt the school truly listened and took the time to address those needs.

If you're navigating neurodiversity, we highly recommend the Kahane Center. The support, expertise, and compassion they offer are unmatched.
