A truly exceptionally positive experience from beginning to the end of my visit. No wait time at all after my arrival. All staff are responsive, caring, very communicative, knowledgeable and totally professional in all test procedures and interactions.
My first interaction was with the CEO of this Center who, after my description of my imbalance symptoms and near fainting episodes, quickly knew the diagnosis that was later confirmed via the in- depth testing procedures that were later conducted. I was given a printed report for every test that displayed the findings and highlighted areas that were out of normal results for my personal use.
Lucky for me, the vestibular nerve irregularities identified can be remedied via physical therapy and I was given a recommended provider to get started.
This center is a first class medical provider within their chosen specialty that brings so many disciplines together in one visit with an outcome of a diagnosis and treatment plan in a single visit.
You can’t go wrong here.
PS: I was an hour late in arriving for my appointment unfortunately, and I still received calm, friendly and unhurried treatment from everyone. WOW !!!
Fascinating experience with results! Very thorough analysis, in capable caring hands. Came in following Vertigo, and left a few appointments later with little to no dizziness. I highly recommend this facility.
Very thorough testing, and excellent, prompt follow-up. After making a clear and specific diagnosis (which my mom did not receive from 10 days in the hospital), the Balance and Dizziness Center arranged for my mom to start treatment with a physical therapist certified in vertigo treatment the very same day, and then they promptly followed up with referrals for a physical therapist closer to my mom's home.
I had a truly wonderful experience with Dr. Galina today. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and cared for. She took the time to really listen to me, addressed all of my concerns with patience and compassion, and made me feel genuinely supported. It's rare to feel so heard and understood during a medical visit, and I’m very grateful for her thoughtful and professional care. Highly recommend Dr. Galina to anyone looking for a doctor who truly cares!
Incredible experience. Very high tech and extremely professional and caring staff. After a battery of tests with clear explanation to detail, I would prefer to give them 10 stars. I found Dr. Heublum to be concerned and very knowledgeable. Also my compliments to Galina who showed a true interest in all aspects of my personal health. Overall I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the Balance and Dizziness Center to anyone. Thank you very much to the entire staff.
