8/30/2018, Follow up to my previous order
3Lab Skincare's Mr. Chin and Warehouse Manager Ron were fantastic in responding to my mini meltdown. They were professional and apologized for the error. I received the rest of my order on 8/30/2018 @ 1:57 pm.
I ordered 3 perfect hand creams and 4 healthy glow lip balms on 8/25/2018 and only received 1 lip balm and 1 hand cream for $309.21 after a 20% promo code was applied to my order of $355 on 8/28/2018. I am waiting on the company to reply to me, if not I will be disputing my order and never shop with this company again.
My package only weighed 1 lbs when it should have been heavier based on what I had ordered. I am truly disappointed by the customer service and this brand as a whole. I feel as if I have been ripped off.
