My kids have been coming here for almost 5 years since they were newborns and we have been very happy. Never had a bad experience with any of the doctors. Never have had an issue getting a sick appt. They take the time to hear all my concerns and don’t rush me. I’d recommend them!
We have used Franklin Pediatrics ever since my 3 children were newborns. The doctors and nurses on the team are extremely professional, caring, and excellent listeners. Our specific doctor is Dr. Rosania who is excellent. However during emergencies we've had a chance to met with all of the rest of the staff so I can vouch for them as well. I strongly recommend this pediatric group.
I called Franklin Pediatrics after having issues with a few other local pediatricians offices due to having issues getting appropriate records from my childrens old office back in Texas. My daughter was sick and we had been delayed for over a month of finding a doctor at this point due to the issue with records but with a sick child I was desperate to find immediate care. The women I spoke to on the phone was extremely kind and understanding and helpful. She helped me get my kids registered even with the annoyance with my childrens records and got me in same day to see a doctor. All 3 of my children see Dr Wnek who is very kind and good with them and patient with me and willing to answer all of my questions and address all of my concerns. We have also seen other doctors when my kids were sick and needed care on days Dr. Wnek wasnt in, and everyone has always been wonderful! I highly recommend this practice.
My son, Casey, has been a patient since he was a newborn! Dr. Ashton has been absolutely amazing. He is going off to college soon, to play baseball @ Clark University and, she has been there every step of the way. She has always been very invested in his health and well being. The nursing staff there is always friendly and helpful as well. We have rarely had to wait a long time at appointments. We were delighted to find out that he can still go to her for his care for a few more years even though he is generally the tallest & oldest patient she has.
