Gemberry in Jackson Crossing is mamash a hidden gem (no pun intended… okay, maybe a little 😄). You walk in thinking, “Let me just browse for two minutes,” and next thing you know you’re comparing sparkle levels like it’s a whole sugya in Bava Metzia.
First off, the place has a really nice, clean, upscale feel — not pushy, not chaotic, just classy. The displays are set up beautifully, everything is easy to see, and you don’t feel like you need to be a jewelry expert to understand what you’re looking at.

I ordered a bracelet to match another one I received as a gift. Thinking the bracelet was smaller than the original and wouldn't fit because it was designed differently, I reached out to customer service to return the bracelet. To my amazement, someone called me right away and asked me to send pictures. Right away they let me know they have the design that matches my original one I have and they sent it overnight so I had it for the holidays. Highly recommend Gemberry just off their customer service alone! Thank you Gemberry, I'm loving my bracelets!

I am a first-time customer who made a purchase a few weeks ago. Aside from the beautiful items this store sells, what really makes it stand out is the exceptional customer service. The tennis bracelet I ordered -- which I love -- was too big/loose for my (thin) wrist. When I emailed about exchanging it for the smaller size, I received a reply within 24 hours and the lovely person who replied immediately sent me out the same bracelet in a smaller size so I could compare and keep the one that fit me best (vs sending bracelets back and forth.) In this age where customer service at so many businesses has declined -- especially since the pandemic -- it was refreshing to receive this kind of service. It has been a pleasure to deal with Gemberry!
