Wow…Good Tidings and all of their crew are just EXCELLENT and reliable. Just moved into an 80 year old house with an 80 year old heating system. (We are first time homeowners and didn’t know that we should’ve had an HVAC expert in addition to our inspector but that on me). My husband and I were shocked when we found out this would be a major undertaking (financially as well as labor intensive) so I did my research. I’m so glad I did. First, I drove them crazy with my incessant calls and it’s always a HUMAN that picks up the phone. That is amazing in this day and age, and they always send people immediately. My apologies to Bruce, Luke and Liam, because I know they probably have voodoo dolls of me and stab it every night with all of my constant calling!. Trust me, even if you can get a cheaper company or person to do your heating system, don’t do it… Go with the pros! They had FOUR trucks come on time at 8am to my house and worked so hard for 12 hours each day. My 80 year old house is now updated with a total heating replacement system (old fashioned steam heat radiators are environmentally friendly and reliable so I’m glad I’m old school) Special call out to Chris and Nick. Go with Good Tidings for your HVAC - it’ll cost you more in the end to go with someone’s advice… “hey…I know a guy” - don’t do it -call Good Tidings.

I was very happy with the service. They were friendly, knowledgeable and experienced and came equipped with everything they needed to fix my heater. I was so impressed by these guys that I signed up for their 3 yr service plan. Not only did they fix the problem with the heater, they also flushed the water heater. Thanks so much!!

Who knew I would need help from Good Tidings, again, and so soon after their last visit! Nick was here yesterday to address a major clog in the line from my kitchen sink to the main sewer line. He worked diligently on unclogging the line, all the while explaining each step he was taking. Success!

And after noticing that the garbage disposal was leaking, he was able to replace that. Now my plumbing issues are all resolved. Another thing worth mentioning is how the main office keeps you apprised of the plumber's arrival time.

Another wonderful experience with Good Tidings! Nick was here to replace a water shut-off in the basement and a spigot in the garage. He carefully explained what he was going to do. His work was done expertly and neatly.

Chris was able to see that the corrosion on the bathroom drain pipe was more extensive than the area I first noticed. He removed more sheetrock, replaced the copper pipe with PVC, and corrected the pitch into the main line. He was wonderful in explaining the work as he was doing it and completed the repair with the least amount of disruption.

I am beyond pleased with the work that was done today. Chris was very friendly, professional, and patient in answering all my questions.

I had a very positive experience with Good Tidings. I called Monday morning to describe the problem (utility sink in basement was clogged) and request a plumber come out. They said they would get back to me shortly. About an hour later they called and said they could send someone out between 1:30-3:30 pm. I received a text indicating that Ian was on his way with a few personal facts about him including hobbies and favorite things (really nice touch). Ian arrived at my home within the time window and upon entering he put down a branded floor mat to protect the floor (very good start!). He assessed the problem, discussed the estimated costs and got to work. An hour later Ian was done, the problem was solved and the cost was as promised. Overall I was pleased with Good Tidings and will definitely use them in the future.

Had a drain clog that was causing a backup that affected most of our house. Good Tidings came out the same day. The office was very helpful and communicated a clear window for their arrival and let me know when the techs were on their way. The technicians were both honest and professional. They cleared the clog and installed an access point to make any future snaking much easier (important in a household with four kids who are constantly flushing things they shouldn’t). They also replaced a portion of pipe that a previous plumber incorrectly drilled through. The entire job was done within an hour and they cleaned up like they were never there. I highly recommend their services and will continue to use them for both plumbing and heating/cooling.
