Grebow’s Shopping Center is mamash the Howell heimishe headquarters – you can basically park the car once and take care of half your life in one shot.
You’ve got Hershy’s Bakery for the challos, kokosh, and “I’ll just take one more danish for the road,” The Fishing Line for the fancy Shabbos fish and sushi that makes the guests think you’re poshut a gourmet chef, Confection Collection for the nosh bribes for the kids (and the adults… let’s be honest), and Amazing Savings to fill the trunk with “bargains” until it barely closes. It’s like a one-stop-shop for every Yiddishe crisis: “We need cake, kugel pans, candy for Shabbos party, and a last-minute gift – NOW.”
Parking is solid, easy in and out, and you’re guaranteed to bump into at least three friends, one mechutan-in-the-making, and your kid’s Rebbi doing “just a quick stop.” The whole place has a very heimish vibe – you feel comfortable coming in with a stroller, a wagon, and five kids asking for different things at the same time.
Bottom line: Grebow’s is the Howell shopping shtetl – if you’re in the area and you don’t stop here, you’re mamash leaving bracha on the table. Five stars, and that’s before we even start counting the calories.
If you like chocolate you can clearly see this place from the road, route 9. Also this, mall has a store called Amazing Savings
With Hershy's and Confection Colleection in the same plaza, it should have at least 6 stars...
Lot of shopping. Sundays get chaotic in the shopping center, over all very nice shopping experience. There's food, clothing, silver store, amazing savings and more
This place is really gorgeous, new and pristine, nice parking and nice new shops, nice food and dessert too. I wish I knew how nice it was going to be and I would've arrived much earlier to spend time before my lunch appointment. I will for sure next time. Best wishes to all the stores and new businesses in the shopping center and hoping to see more soon. Lakewood is doing terrific and this is a wonderful new initiative.
