Trying to get many things done in one week, many had to do with my car. Called Alex at Randolph Auto Care on Rt 10 west and hearing of my situation, squeezed me in to get new rear brakes and rotors. Thank you Alex!

I have always had a good experience at Randolph Auto Care. Alex listens to what my concerns are and will work on those only unless he contacts me about a problem I hadn't been aware of. His prices are very reasonable. I know he will do a great job and my car will be safe to drive. I am so grateful I found Randolph Auto Care.

Alex is the most professional auto repair shop owner I’ve ever worked with. I heard a noise in my car so I dropped it off for him to look at it. He drove me home, diagnosed the car and told me exactly what was wrong. He is backed up with work and I need the car sooner, so he even facilitated my brining the car to another auto repair shop. He did all this knowing he wasn’t going to get the business. I feel bad because he’s a great guy, but you can be sure I will be using him going forward for all my automotive needs.

Alex provides true professionalism and determination to find and solve each problem a vehicle is exhibiting. I can always expect honesty snd integrity when I bring my car to him. He is always patient and listens carefully when I explain what is happening with my car. As a woman I especially appreciate that he is not hurried with his answers and never talks down to me. His prices are very fair as well. With an older, very low milage German car I was delighted to find someone outside of my dealership whom I could trust. I have had Alex do oil changes, brake work and battery replacement with the later taking some time to trouble shoot to be sure we were dealing with battery and not a starter issue. I always leave Randolph Auto being satisfied with the work and secure knowing if there is any problem whatsoever that Alex will work to make it right.

Alex is amazing. I am not going anywhere else to get my car fixed. He changed my struts and other parts on my car. He is so accommodating. I took my car to get an alignment in Dover after he finished working on my car. This alignment place tried to scare me and sell me a whole new steering system for over $1000. They said it was leaking and it could make me lose control. They were even going to book me right then and there, but I said no. I called Alex he promptly returned my call and said bring it in to take a look at it. He did and showed me that I needed a new boot and inner toe rod. The boot was ripped. The steering system was fine. I also had a 4 hour trip the next day. He coordinated with me and left my car at his shop. He drove me home.Him and his assistant got it prepared for the next day. The job was done in the morning. I picked up my car he coordinated my alignment with a new place. I got an appointment the same day and everything was good to go. I went on my trip and came back with no issues. Randolph Auto Care is awesome. I will be back.
