Lou and his crew were wonderful. They cleaned up after themselves everyday and when the job was complete they even hosed down my driveway. They definitely went above and beyond my expectations. I would highly recommend them. If I could give them more than 5 stars, I would.

I contracted with K&B to replace my old cedar deck with Timber Tech composite. They were very attentive to my requirements, resulting in a high level of comfort that the work would be done to my satisfaction. I was not disappointed for one minute during the entire process; no shortcuts, no excuses. We have built-in benches, and two sets of stairs to the ground level. We also changed the railing system that we wanted installed, and again, K&B worked with us to ensure we were happy with the final result. The change order cost was reasonable. When I look at the finished product, every single cut is perfect, and the finished deck is wonderful, and at a reasonable price! I highly recommend K&B - you will not be disappointed. ------

K&B Home Remodelers replace our vinyl siding with Hardie plank siding. They also updated the front of our home with stone accents to replace brick and replaced some of our windows. We were extremely pleased with the quality of their work, as well as the condition that they left our property in at the end of the job. When we have called them with minor issues that arose in the years that followed, they were always quick to respond and address them. We would highly recommend their company.

These guys are absolutely amazing. The quality of work is second to none. After speaking with multiple contractors, Hardie board/plank elite and preferred contractors, I decided to go with K&B. Mike was the only salesperson that showed me a 3D mockup of what my house will look like after the job. Horacio provided sound advice and recommended adding extra insulation... something other contractors didn't even think of or have the capacity to do. What I liked about K&B is that they don't subcontract any of the work (except the gutters) to anyone. They're able to complete the entire job themselves. They were also very reasonable on pricing for what I was getting. I hired K&B to install a new roof, siding and doors after two trees hit my home due to some crazy wind storm that blew through my neighborhood and the surrounding area. I could not be happier with my complete exterior transformation. Olivier and his crew are the most hardworking and skilled workers that I have ever encountered. They worked from sun up to sun down and I am floored at the quality of their work. They also left no mess and cleaned up each day which is great considering they took my midcentury home down to the studs! I am thrilled every time I drive down my street and see my house. The neighbors always ask me what color the house is, cars drive by slower to catch a glimpse and one neighbor even commented on how my house is now the "pinnacle of the neighborhood." I'll admit that I am not an easy person to please, but the attention to detail from the crown furnishings above the windows to the color matching of the caulking, to the pipe flanges used.... you will not find this level of detail with anyone else. I know this because I spoke to and consulted with 10+ contractors before I settled on K&B and I couldn't be happier with my decision. Huge thanks to Mike, Horacio, Olivier, his crew and Brenda. Fantastic and highly skilled group of people!! I highly recommend them.

After a lifetime of doing all of the work on my house myself, I figured it was time to hire someone else to update the house's exterior and prepare it for its second century of life. After choosing James Hardy Siding as my material of choice, my wife and I spent about six months interviewing James Hardy certified companies to do the work. K & B was everything we were looking for in a contractor and more. After traveling to review jobs they completed over the previous five year period of time, checking the BBB for company history and visiting their current worksite, the deal was sealed. There were some details that I wanted to assume responsibility for with the project and they were able to accommodate my wishes. They also enhanced upon some of our details to make them even better. It's been three years since the work was done and we're just as happy today with it as we were on the day they completed the project.
