Joe has been taking care of our energetic golden doodle, Aggie, for the last 6 years. Joe provides a great grooming for Aggie and even though I’m sure he’s a handful only ever reports that “he’s playful.” Aggie is sensitive and Joe is the only person outside our family I’ve seen him comfortable with. Aside from the grooming, Joe is thorough is checking for fleas and ticks and gives us great reminders about these peak seasons as well as allergies. The office staff is always wonderful in their communication and are easy to schedule with.

I couldn’t be happier with the grooming my cat Archie received from Joe! He was incredibly gentle, patient, and did an outstanding job — Archie looks and feels so much better. You can tell Joe genuinely cares about the animals he works with. On top of that, every single person at the vet’s office was so friendly and kind, making the entire visit smooth and stress-free.

Green Pond takes very good care of my dogs! They go there for all their annual visits and especially for their grooming services. I wouldn’t trust anywhere else with my babies

Everyone at Green Pond Animal Care Center is friendly and know you by name. They were great taking care of Alice when she had laser therapy. On the day I had to put her down, they allowed me time to say goodbye and gave reassuring hugs.
Now that I have my new dog Cinnamon, I know she is getting the best care Alice got.

My 5 year old has been traumatized with a long history of IBS and extended stays at the vet during the pandemic. On my first visit to Green Pond Animal Care Center, I knew I found my new permanent vet. I was so impressed with the patience and personalized care that our tech Samantha gave us today. She was dynamic, informed, and above all, a clear animal lover. I will not be taking my pets anywhere else. They spent about 45 minutes with my dogs on their first visit just normalizing the environment and exposing them to their treats to ensure it was positive for them. By the end of the visit, my older dog was practically pawing the tech to get his nails trimmed and get his treat. The center recommended holistic methods and information about managing my dogs health issues, and they saw us in a timely manner. I’d give them 10 stars if I could.
