Tbh I was coming in for really important results right and I've been going from dr to dr apt to apt to figure this out. Having to wait an hr after my appointment arrival just to get results that could have been said over the phone. Was just so stressful and frustrating to experience. Like terrible communication. Like idk if a bad day or something but that aint right.
Dr. Pinkowsky is kind and patient as is his PA Atara. They are a wonderful team who genuinely care about their patients. I trust and appreciate their expertise. They are generous with the time they give to patients and take patients’ concerns seriously. Dr. Pinkowsky also treated and kindly reassured my mother which led to her full recovery. Everyone from Jane, Kechia, and Zehira in reception to the assistants is friendly, helpful, and considerate. Having the X-ray machines on-site and the skill of technicians Frank and his colleagues allows patients to receive an accurate and immediate diagnosis. Dr. Pinkowsky and PA Atara presented my diagnosis and treatment clearly and helpfully which led to my complete recovery. Thank you to everyone.
Dr. Pinkowsky reconstructed my ACL using a graft from my patellar tendon. I am 6 months post-op and almost 100% back to normal, including having returned to sport. I had a great surgery experience and Dr. Pinkowsky was very kind and patient with all of my questions at every visit. Shout out to his PA Atara for also being so friendly and gentle with my bandages at the follow up visits.
Dr. Pinkowsky is very intelligent, attentive and a very patient person. He answers all the questions in detail and understands if his patient is frustration and addresses all his issues.
I am impressed with his capability to understand the complications and aftermath of injuries, and the understanding of complexity of circumstances, especially if the surgeries are done overseas. He is definitely a very well-trained and a knowledgable doctor. I am highly grateful for it.
I must say it feels so better, lively and satisfied after seeing him.
