Grover Cleveland Park is a nice park with paved and lighted trails. Cute pond, great turtle flotilla, very cool old growth trees. The park is great for a walk.
What a beautiful little spot! The park features newly renovated tennis and pickleball courts, plus a fantastic playground. You can enjoy a relaxing two-mile walk around the scenic park loop, complete with a lovely pond, comfortable benches, and best of all, super clean restrooms and porta potties.
A true gem filled with beautiful old giant trees, certainly the nicest park within several nearby towns. Fantastic playground for both toddlers and older kids (zipline!), plus tennis and pickleball courts, baseball fields, walking/biking paths through the woods, and a fishing pond.
Great, great park, along the lines of Branchbrook or Central NYC. Fine lawns, brooks, ponds, walkways, wooded groves and a very interesting playground. Very dog-freindly. Also fine Washhouse and outbuildings, and picnic and outdoor grilling areas. A splendid way to spend some time.
2nd Review:
This quiet, serene park is on the way to my Mom's house so I take a loop around on my way there or on the way home. It's set far away from Bloomfield Avenue so it's always quiet and peaceful.

Quiet, small park in Essex Fells. It has a short loop and tennis courts. Always peaceful - highly recommend !
