We share the views of other disappointed customers of Hansen Bros after getting a quote on work months ago and paying a $500 deposit they are now impossible to contact. After leaving numerous messages & calling into their (always closed) office.
Update months later - they finally showed up and did a great job! I would still rate their customer service one star but the finished work is a four star if you don’t mind the frustration of waiting!
These guys are amazing! I had Tom come out and give me an estimate for a bathroom window, and sliding glass door! He said he would be here at 10:00AM, he was here at 9:55!!! Punctuality is the key to success! He was knowledgeable helpful! The price he gave me was beyond fair! I highly recomend them! Very impressed!!!
We had our roof fully replaced by Hansen Bros and must say it was the best experience i have encountered in dealing with a contractor. They showed up right on time and before i can blink the job was done! No issues, no drama, no headaches. I thank Hansen Bros once again for a tremendous job!
