I've been in HTT for 6.5 yrs. Maintenance is fantastic. Absolutely no issues. They're helpful in ao many ways.
The club house staff is great as well.
My only issue is people block my carport all the time. I've has situations where I leave for work at 5 am and cars has been blocking me all night.
I've had to have several cars towed. And I just hate doing that.
Again not HTT fault. Some residents just lack common sense and consideration
In terms of maintenance, you get 4 stars, but if you're looking for a quiet place to live with your family, this isn't the place for you. I've lived here with my family in building #15 for over 7 years, and recently for the last 2 years. One of the biggest problems I see is that some tenants play loud music in the middle of the night and noisy. They don't care about the day or time. Please guys fix this situation.
Jean Carlo came to my home to fix my washing machine, and he did an exceptional job, completing the repair quickly. I was so impressed with his work that I wanted to leave him a glowing review. He truly is a top-notch maintenance man.
