I am so incredibly impressed with the quality, the professionalism, and the kindness I received getting a tattoo that means so much to me. Chako was so knowledgeable and truly went above and beyond and this tattoo is absolutely amazing!! Chako is such a phenomenal artist but is also a genuine and good person. Dre would check in and was so wonderful. Kate and Tyler the other artists there were also top-notch. Heartbeat Ink is the place to go and I am so happy with this tattoo. Chako thank you from the bottom of my heart for helping me with something that I truly cherish and words can't express the appreciation and gratitude I have.

Rome did my tattoo today as a walk in and I can firmly say I love everything about it - I wasn’t sure of the details and I had brought forward a few pictures and Rome brought the simplicity and beauty to life even for a small tattoo. It’s hard to have a balance of everything you want but I felt content pretty easily. He also has great energy and is very honest with what he thought would look good aesthetically. Highly recommend this place and Rome.
