I enjoy this park to walk and relax. Close to my home.

It gets 3 stars because there's a lot of beautiful scenery around the lake and park. However, the fields, batting cages, and recreation related areas look less appealing and unkempt. The fields become waterlogged and quickly unusable because they put most of the fields on lower ground. There is only one bathroom and no alternatives.
Do not park near the lower 50/70 field because you will get a baseball in the window. The township will not put up high netting around the field or fencing over home plate for protection.

The park essentially has two parts. The recreational part with the baseball, soccer, lacrosse fields, the pavilon, and a small playground. On the other side, a small lake with paved walking paths. The lake is small and shallow, but there are fish for sure. Sitting on the benches and relaxing your sure to see fox, deer, geese, and other wildlife on any given spring/summer day. My son and I fish there often for some sunnies when we can't get out to larger lakes and rivers. Most recently, we went to test our new fishing kayak. Overall, it's a very pleasant experience for us locals.

A sad old swimming hole that has seen much better times. No buildings, no restrooms only a couple of benches. Fishing is non-existent despite seeing the occasional angler. A better choice for a park is the large park literally across the road (Veterans community park)

Great park. Plenty of parking, it has baseball fields and soccer fields and alot of open space. Our favorite part is that it connects with the Local trails that take you to other areas. The center piece of this park is its large pond that looks amazing during Fall and just as pretty during a winter snow. The pond has a great dog walking path equipped with baggie stations along the way.
