Heritage Homes of Denville, NJ is a great company to work with. The owner, Frank, is a builders builder. He is professional, knowledgeable and patient. His crew is responsible, respectful and experienced. We added a small addition to our home and it was finished promptly and without incident. My husband and I cannot recommend Heritage enough. If you ever need any construction done to your home, do yourself a favor and hire Heritage Homes. You will not be sorry.

One of the best decisions my wife and I had made was finding Heritage Homes to build our lake house from foundation up. We had 4-5 finalists from which Frank emerged as an easy choice. What started as strangers now have become family friends at the end of our project. This is not common when dealing with long term projects.

With my first phone call, I knew that something was special about Frank who was charismatic, calm, sincere and very knowledgeable. Before signing the contract, we visited their home where we met Susan who was an equally qualified professional to navigate the system of securing permits, dealing with suppliers and walking us through to make decisions on all interior and exterior details.

At times the progress was limited mostly due to inspection delays, Frank dedicated additional resources to overcome the delays, in fact finishing the project ahead of schedule.

Heritage may not be cheap, but the total value that comes with the deal is all worth it!

Cost- Having had a tight budget, it was very helpful that actual cost was in line with the contracted quote through effective management.

Coordination of efforts between the township, Architect, Surveyor and the site Engineers, thus keeping our stress level to the minimum.

Frank and Susan took ownership of most issues without blaming others, focusing only to get the expected outcome. Frank himself had waited in his vehicle for hours for the township inspectors.

They took pride in the quality and their craftsmanship thus dedicated to customer satisfaction.

They had their own employees who were very pleasant to work with and they exhibited a high level of professionalism. Heritage subcontracted very little as they had their own employees to do most of the work.

Heritage Homes is WONDERFUL to work with!!! Frank and Susan made the process extremely manageable and stress free. They kept us up to date with weekly progress reports, detailing the upcoming work to be done and any decisions that we would have to make in the near future. Susan held our hands and helped pick out all the little details that made our home perfect. While Frank’s creativity and intuition helped us make efficient decisions in areas we were unfamiliar with, all the while staying the most calm through any problems that arose.

There was always someone working on site each and everyday, which as anyone could imagine was very important and we’ve also received countless compliments on the craftsmanship and attention to detail. The entire staff are considerate, helpful and extremely professional. They have amazing communication, there was no financial surprises, and they kept their word and were ON TIME! One of the best decisions I have made in this life was hiring Hertiage Homes to do my whole house renovation. They literally built my dream home. I live in Lake Mohawk which is known for its unique architecture and style. Preserving aspects of my 1928 original Crane lake house while building an efficient and modern home was the goal. They met and exceeded all my expectations.

They are true craftsmen who seamlessly incorporated elements of my old house into the new one to keep the spirit of my Crane house alive. I literally had tears in my eyes several times when I saw key elements come together in ways I would never thought of. These builders are true artists!!

Working with Frank and Susan was wonderful. They were excellent communicators who listen and responded quickly to my questions and inquires. Each week they sent out a schedule so you knew where you were in the building process. They both have excellent 'eye to detail' and I trusted them to guide me through this process. (I have done commercial construction before but not personal). They made me feel like I was there only customer.

They renovated my home in the timeframe stated and they were competitive in their pricing. My neighbors all complimented me on how professional and gracious the workers were. (We live on a quaint small street). My house is the talk of the neighborhood and everyone who sees the final project compliments on the workmanship and how fast the work was completed. I couldn’t be happier or recommend them more strongly!!
