    Kathy's classes are unique each time. She invents new ways to use basic yoga poses, dealing with all levels of abilities.

    I love Hope Yoga. There are a variety of classes and the instructors are all kind, professional and welcoming. The studio offers a comfortable feel. Interaction with other students has been pleasant. An all around great feel and I would recommend Hope Yoga to anyone.

    I have been taking classes here at the studio for a few months and it’s been a wonderful experience. Their staff is warm and friendly and very knowledgeable with the yoga practice. I would definitely recommend them.

    Hope Yoga offers so many classes and have many that I enjoy. Rosa calms the body during Restorative with her gentle voice. Monica's YIN class does good for my body. Mary's gentle voice guides you through her classes. Gina offers a great Monday morning class which works the body and relaxes at the same time. I have taken classes in person and am happy that Gina also offers live class on ZOOM.

    Hope Yoga NJ at James burg, New Jersey is an amazing place and a wonderful path to well-being ...The serenity and the ambience of the studio was beautiful, spacious, comfortable, free from outside distractions, well ventilated and warmly lit.
    Mrs. Gina., the teacher, guide and coach was personable, warm, open and inviting. She is always smiling and makes us feel welcome and safe in class..
    I experienced 3 sessions with 3 different vibes..
    Day1 was ‘Mrs Marrisa Baird’ and the class was a combination of hatha and vinyasa.. added with vedic sound healing .. they used sound vibrations / healing powers to calm the mind and release stress, with gentle warmups followed by vinyasa moves ..teacher was using chakra system to describe the entire human body which aims to improve health, self awareness and spiritual wisdom.
    Day2 was ‘Mrs Krystal L’ and the theme of the day was ‘Balancing’. The teacher along with the positive influence also brings her own flavour and approach to hatha yoga - gives an awareness of balancing - signifying the sun energy and the moon energy. The session drived through balancing asanas and beautiful stretches & ended with an aroma therapy..
    Day3 was ‘Mrs Neetu S’. The session begins with beautiful ‘thought of the day ‘ . This teacher helps people in adopting yoga more and more by expressing that yoga is not only a science of physical exercise but also a spiritual awakening..
    Every session here in Hopeyoga starts with a beautiful thought of the day , enabling us to ensure that everyone is on the same page when it comes to the scope of the work, the timeline..
    They ensure that everyone understands the expectations before any work begins..
    All thanks to my sister Santhi and my friend Gowri who made me experience that yoga is the symbol of universal aspiration for health and well-being..
