Used Housepaws to say goodbye to my beloved baby. They were kind, respectful, and priced welled compared to other companies .
Saying goodbye was the hardest thing , but they made it the “best” possible situation.
We had to put our dog down, 17 years old and a true beloved companion. Dr Lisa and staff were just amazing and so compassionate. As difficult as it was, she made it bearable. Honestly, coming to the house and being able to do in Gambits space was so important. They are absolutely the best. Mike and Cindy
Dr. Scarlet and her assistant are literal angels. They came out for a wellness exam on our very anxious, very large boy, and it went smoother than I could’ve imagined. Every past trip to a clinic had been a nightmare! His anxiety would linger long after we got home. Housepaws completely changed that. What used to be something I dreaded for months is now something I actually look forward to.
They were thorough, calm, and prepared for anything. You can tell they take pride in their work and genuinely care about every animal they treat.
This morning we called right at 8 a.m. for my mother-in-law’s dog, who wasn’t doing well and wasn’t even an existing patientand they still found a way to fit us in within a few hours. That kind of compassion and flexibility is rare.
From the care coordinators to the vets and assistants, every single person we’ve interacted with has been wonderful. Truly an amazing business run by genuinely lovely people.

I had the best experience with House Paws. We got a quick appointment, check in was easy, they got us in to a room promptly, and explained everything. I unfortunately had to put my girl, Athena, to sleep, but Dr. Davis and vet tech(Amy, I think) were wonderful and kind and took care of me falling apart and let my husband and 3 year old son come say goodbye to her too (and even took my son outside to see the fish, so he didn't have to be in the room). They made sure Athena had all the treats & Hershey kisses and made sure she was comfortable. We cannot thank House Paws enough for their support & love during this time. ❤️
