I tried to fill a script thru the app, the app told me to call the pharmacy. I called the pharmacy and the pharmacist, not a tech, answered and said he was filling it as we spoke and would be ready in an hour. I told him I couldn't get it til the morning, that was fine. Checked the app this morning, it was ready as of last night along with the 3 other scripts that were waiting. My partner got there this morning and not only was the script not ready, they don't have it. I check the app. It now says pending with that script now. My partner was able to get a 5 day supply. I feel that the "filled" script is taken out of the completed pile and given to someone who is waiting in person. My insurance confirms it was filled yesterday.
